What You'll Do
- Work with clients and manage recruitment projects.
- Use Jobla to source, screen, and interview candidates.
- Build strong client and candidate relationships.
- Grow your recruitment business with the support of Jobla.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Staffing.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working independently.
- Curious about AI and new ways of working.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in building something new.
