As a Program Manager in the CTO's Office, you will work at the intersection of technology, strategy, and execution. You'll partner closely with senior technology leaders to drive high-impact initiatives, ensure seamless execution of strategic programs, and help shape the future of Kapture CX's technology organization.

Drive strategic initiatives across the Technology organization by partnering closely with the CTO and engineering leadership to ensure successful execution.

Own end-to-end program governance by tracking milestones, managing dependencies, identifying risks, and ensuring timely delivery of high-impact projects.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, Architecture, Finance, and Business leaders to align priorities and drive organizational goals.

Proactively identify execution bottlenecks and recommend data-driven solutions to keep strategic programs on track.

Support annual technology planning, budgeting, transformation initiatives, and operational excellence while promoting Agile delivery practices.
This is a Bengaluru-based role. We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility.
You successfully enable the CTO's vision by driving strategic initiatives with operational excellence, ensuring cross-functional alignment, mitigating execution risks, and consistently delivering business-critical programs on time and with high quality.

You have 3+ years of experience in Program Management, PMO, Strategy, or a similar role within a technology-driven organization.

You have worked closely with Engineering, Product, or Technology leadership teams.

You have experience managing cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

You are comfortable working in a fast-paced SaaS or product-based environment and thrive in ambiguity.

You can effectively manage strategic programs, track execution, and drive accountability across multiple teams.

You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and can convert complex challenges into actionable plans.

You communicate confidently with senior leadership and can simplify complex technical and business concepts.

You demonstrate excellent stakeholder management, organizational skills, and attention to detail while balancing multiple priorities.

You have worked in a CTO's Office, CEO's Office, Strategy, or Transformation function.

You are experienced in Agile methodologies and have worked as a Scrum Master or hold Scrum certifications.

You have exposure to enterprise SaaS, cloud technologies, or large-scale digital transformation programs.

You have experience supporting annual planning, budgeting, organizational governance, or executive reporting.
