Role Overview
The Tele Caller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to students and parents, providing information about computer courses, skill-development programs, and training offerings. The role requires good communication skills, follow-ups, and coordination to support admissions and walk-ins.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls from students and parents
- Provide information about computer courses and training programs
- Counsel students regarding course details, eligibility, and schedules
- Follow up with interested candidates and coordinate walk-in visits
- Coordinate with internal teams for admissions and documentation support
- Ensure timely follow-ups to achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Skills & Competencies
- Good verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain courses clearly and confidently
- Basic computer knowledge and calling etiquette
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Language Requirement
- Gujarati / Local language preferred
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum 12th Pass / Any Graduate
- Freshers can apply
- Prior experience in tele calling, counselling, or customer support is an advantage
Salary & Location
- ₹14,000 – ₹16,000 per month (based on experience)
