Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the complete HR function of the company. The role focuses on employee training, performance management, policy implementation, salary and incentive planning, recruitment support, and building a productive work culture.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and conduct employee induction, training, and skill development programs.
- Create training schedules and monitor employee learning progress.
- Develop and implement HR policies and ensure all employees follow company rules.
- Review existing HR policies and introduce new policies based on business requirements.
- Design and manage employee performance evaluation systems (KPIs, KRAs, Scorecards).
- Track employee performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Conduct probation reviews, performance appraisals, and confirmation processes.
- Identify low-performing employees and prepare improvement plans.
- Create salary structures, incentive plans, and performance-based reward systems.
- Ensure salary revisions and incentives are processed according to company policies.
- Work with department managers to improve employee productivity.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, discipline, and employee compliance.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
- Generate HR reports related to performance, training, productivity, and employee retention.
- Support recruitment and workforce planning whenever required.
Required Skills

Qualification
- MBA in Human Resource Management or related field.
- 2-5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with experience in managing HR operations.
