About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled IT Support Engineer to join our IT Operations team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-user support, system administration, network troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure management.
This role requires an individual who can independently diagnose and resolve technical issues, manage IT assets, support enterprise applications, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Provide L1/L2 support for hardware, software, network, and application-related issues.

Support, configure, and troubleshoot Windows, Ubuntu Linux, and macOS systems.

Manage Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.

Administer Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, including user onboarding, offboarding, and access management.

Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP-related issues.

Configure, manage, and troubleshoot firewalls (Fortinet, Sophos, Cisco ASA, or equivalent).

Support endpoint security solutions and implement IT security best practices.

Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, and hardware lifecycle management.

Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely resolution of support requests.

Maintain IT documentation and support records.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Windows, Ubuntu Linux, and macOS administration.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Administration.

Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.

Good understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.

Experience managing firewall solutions and network security.

Knowledge of endpoint security and device management.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

Experience with Zscaler (ZIA, ZPA, Client Connector).

Exposure to Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager.

Experience with CrowdStrike Falcon.

Basic PowerShell or Shell scripting knowledge.
