We help Plus Two students and families find the right college — from top institutions across Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Bangalore to international programmes like MBBS Abroad and Overseas Nursing. Job Role You will be the first point of contact for students and parents. Your job is to call leads, understand their needs, build rapport, and guide them toward a counselling appointment with our senior advisors. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to student leads from digital campaigns, school visits, and referrals Handle inbound enquiries for Engineering, Nursing, Arts & Science, Management, MBBS Abroad, and Overseas Nursing programmes Follow up consistently with leads over 7 days to convert to admissions Maintain daily call records in our tracking system Coordinate with the counselling and field sales team Minimum Plus ; Degree preferred Fluent in Malayalam; basic English required Good phone communication skills — confident, warm, and professional Basic computer/smartphone literacy (WhatsApp, Google Sheets) Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred but not mandatory Must be based in or willing to commute to Punalur What We Offer ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month based on experience Incentive bonus for every confirmed student admission (no earning cap) Full training provided — freshers welcome Career growth into senior counsellor or coordinator roles Supportive team with clear targets
