The HVAC Billing Executive is responsible for preparing and processing project bills, verifying measurements, coordinating with project teams, clients, and accounts, and ensuring timely submission and payment of invoices. The role also involves maintaining billing records, tracking project costs, and supporting commercial activities for HVAC projects.
- Prepare client invoices and contractor bills for HVAC projects.
- Verify quantities and measurements based on work completed at site.
- Prepare RA (Running Account) bills and final bills as per contract terms.
- Coordinate with project engineers, site teams, consultants, and clients for billing approvals.
- Maintain billing records, invoices, payment status, and supporting documentation.
- Reconcile project quantities with BOQs, work orders, and purchase orders.
- Track payment collections and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Assist in preparing cost reports, project MIS, and commercial documentation.
- Support variation orders, extra item billing, and change order documentation.
- Ensure billing complies with contractual terms and company procedures.
- Coordinate with the accounts department for invoice processing and payment reconciliation.
- Maintain proper filing of contracts, measurement sheets, and billing documents.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HVAC, MEP, or construction project billing.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity verification, RA billing, and final billing.
- Experience with ERP systems, billing software, and Microsoft Office applications.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
