Job Summary
The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, developing key client relationships, and expanding the company's logistics and freight forwarding business across domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, and allied sectors in Air, Sea and Land.
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts.
- Lead contract negotiations and commercial discussions.
- Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to deliver customer solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of sales experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain, Shipping, or 3PL industries.
- Strong network within the logistics ecosystem.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Pay: ₹2,400,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
