Key Responsibilities:
Investor Relationship Management
- Connect and engage with High-Net-Worth Individual (HNI) investors to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships.
- Address investor queries professionally and provide accurate information regarding assigned projects.
Project Leadership and Assessment
- Manage assigned projects from planning through completion, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues and implement appropriate corrective measures.
Training and Team Development
- Guide and train team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
- Support junior team members in developing their skills and understanding investor communication best practices.
Reporting and Analysis
- Analyse project- and investor-related reports to derive actionable insights.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior management, including project updates, key findings and recommendations.
Key Requirements:
- Strong command of spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate professionally and persuasively.
- Minimum two years of relevant work experience.
- Candidates with experience in relationship management will be given preference.
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach to project execution.
- Bachelor’s degree.
