Job Summary :
We are looking for a CRM Executive for a construction company. The candidate should have experience in lead generation, customer relationship management, and converting enquiries into business opportunities. Good communication skills and follow-up abilities are essential.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Generate leads through WhatsApp, email, calls, and online platforms.
- Manage and update customer data in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospective clients and existing leads.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into deals.
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain records of lead status and customer interactions.
- Prepare daily and weekly lead generation reports.
Required Skills :
- Experience in CRM and lead generation.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of WhatsApp Business, email communication, and calling.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
