JOB DESCRIPTION
- Front Desk & Communication: Welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, and managing emails.
- Client & Vendor Relations: Acting as the primary contact for inquiries, scheduling site visits, and managing appointments.
- Office Operations: Ordering supplies, managing mail, and ensuring office equipment is functional.
- Scheduling & Coordination
- Documentation & Records: Preparing documents and reports maintaining filing systems
- Financial Support: Assisting with invoicing, purchasing orders, and tracking budget expenses. Performing basic bookkeeping, such as invoicing, expense reports etc..
- Facility Oversight: Liaising with staff, vendors, and building management for repairs or security.
- B.Com/ M.Com, B.Sc / Diploma in Interior designing.
- Relevant experience in construction or interior field for 2-5 years.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.63 - ₹28,582.24 per month
