About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and technically strong Sales Engineer with experience in CNC Machine Tools, Industrial Machinery, or Cutting Tools sales. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, understanding machining requirements, recommending suitable CNC solutions, and driving sales across the Indian market.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical understanding of CNC machining processes along with proven industrial sales experience.
Key Responsibilities

Generate and manage sales opportunities for CNC machine tools across India

Understand customer machining requirements and recommend suitable CNC/VMC/HMC/Turning solutions

Handle customer discussions, machine specifications, and technical consultations

Prepare techno-commercial quotations and sales proposals
-
Coordinate with customers regarding pricing, negotiations, and order closures
-
Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturing and industrial clients

Follow up on leads, inquiries, and existing customers

Maintain CRM updates, sales pipeline, and reporting discipline
-
Work closely with internal sales and marketing teams to improve conversions

Stay updated with CNC industry trends, machine technologies, and competitor activities

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC Machine Tool / Industrial Machinery / Cutting Tool sales (Mandatory)
