Executive Assistant – Ahmedabad
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Director in managing daily operations, schedules, communication, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents
- Handle emails, calls, and correspondence professionally
- Maintain records, files, and confidential data
- Track projects and follow up on key tasks and initiatives
- Take meeting minutes and ensure timely communication
- Coordinate with senior management and department heads
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in manufacturing
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
