- Execute daily production plan in accordance with approved SOPs, Troubleshooting during shifts and ensuring safety compliances.

Knowledge of DCS and PLC operation, including process monitoring.

Monitor and control process parameters for unit operation and processes by optimize yield, quality, and cycle time.

Maintain proper handing over after completion of shift and maintaining logbooks.

Supervise unloading of raw materials, control intermediate and finished product transfers.

Ensure Permit-to-Work (PTW) system are followed. Conduct toolbox talks and shift safety briefings.

Take corrective actions for off-spec results as instructed by QC team. Prevent deviations and ensure batch traceability.

Coordinate with maintenance team for breakdown handling.

Participate in JSA discussion for routine and non-routine jobs. Suggest improvements in Safety, Energy efficiency and Waste reduction.
- B.E / B. Tech – Chemical Engineering

3 to 5 years of experiece in Chemical Engineering

Good Communication and interpersonal skills

Good knowledge of MS Office

Knowledge of SAP will be added advantage.
