About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function. The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, compliance, and organizational development while building a high-performing and positive workplace culture.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
- Develop effective hiring strategies to attract top talent.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Manage recruitment budgets and hiring timelines.
HR Operations
- Oversee employee onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exit processes.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations across the organization.
Employee Relations
- Foster a positive, engaging, and productive work environment.
- Resolve employee concerns and workplace issues professionally.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and recognition initiatives.
Performance Management
- Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
- Support managers in goal setting and employee development.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs.
Policy & Compliance
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
Payroll & Administration
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits.
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare management reports.
- Support organizational planning and workforce optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Human Resources, with leadership or managerial responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, labour laws, and employee relations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRMS software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
