Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Executive who will play a vital role in attracting top talent, strengthening employee engagement, ensuring compliance with HR processes, and supporting the organization's rapid growth.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across all departments.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Conduct preliminary HR interviews.
- Coordinate offer roll-out and joining formalities.
- Employee Onboarding
- Ensure smooth onboarding experience.
- Conduct induction sessions.
- Complete employee documentation.
- Maintain personnel records.
- HR Operations
- Attendance and leave management.
- Payroll coordination.
- Employee database management.
- HRMS updates.
- Employee verification.
- Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate training programs.
- Support performance management activities.
- Address employee concerns professionally.
- Compliance
- Ensure adherence to company policies.
- Maintain confidential employee records.
- Support statutory HR compliance.
- Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or Management.
- 1–3 years of HR experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Experience with HRMS is an added advantage.
