ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an Senior Brand Strategist who can independently manage brands, lead client relationships, and drive strategic execution across campaigns. This role requires someone with strong agency experience who understands content, digital marketing, campaign planning, and team coordination — while ensuring smooth client servicing and business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage multiple client accounts across digital, social, and campaign projects
Act as the primary point of contact for clients; build strong, long-term relationships
Translate client goals into actionable creative and marketing strategies
Coordinate with internal teams — creative, copy, design, video, production, and performance marketing
Oversee campaign planning, execution, timelines, and deliverables end-to-end
Present ideas, strategies, reports, and updates to clients with clarity and confidence
Ensure quality control and timely delivery across all brand workstreams
Identify upselling and growth opportunities within existing accounts
Contribute to pitch decks, business proposals, and new business discussions
Manage and mentor junior account servicing team members
REQUIREMENTS
- 4–7 years of experience in client servicing / account management within an advertising, digital, or creative agency
- Strong understanding of social media, content, influencer marketing, and campaign execution
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple brands and fast-paced deliverables simultaneously
- Strategic thinking and sharp problem-solving abilities
- Experience working with cross-functional creative teams
- Agency background is mandatory
