Core Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Sourcing candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Managing the joining documentation, conducting HR orientation, assigning assets, and handling exit formalities (full & final settlements).
- HR Operations & Administration: Maintaining and updating employee databases, managing attendance/leave records, and handling employee documentation (offer letters, confirmation letters).
- Employee Engagement: Assisting in organizing team-building activities, festive celebrations, and executing employee recognition programs.
- Grievance Handling: Acting as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding policies, payroll discrepancies, or workplace issues.
Key Skills Required
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with HRMS software, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and knowledge of basic labor laws/compliance.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and internal team members.
- Organization: Ability to multitask, manage employee files securely, and maintain strict confidentiality.
Qualification:
- Education: MBA in HR or related field
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience as HR Executive.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
