We are looking for a motivated B2B Sales Executive to promote and sell lubricant products to dealers, distributors, workshops, industrial customers, and other business clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities.
- Visit dealers, distributors, workshops, and industrial customers.
- Promote and sell automotive and industrial lubricant products.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of B2B sales experience preferred.
- Experience in lubricant, automotive, industrial products, FMCG, or related industries is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
