Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair desktop and laptop hardware issues.
- Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and software.
- Assemble and test new computer systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and AMC service visits.
- Install and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
- Configure basic LAN/Wi-Fi networking and Internet connectivity.
- Install and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and drivers.
- Attend onsite customer service calls and provide technical support.
- Maintain service reports and update job status.
- Deliver prompt, professional, and customer-friendly service.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
