About the Role Renew is looking for a highly motivated Technical Lead to lead our product development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable software solutions, mentoring developers, ensuring code quality, and delivering projects on time. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both technical expertise and team management skills. Key Responsibilities Lead the software development team and provide technical guidance. Design scalable, secure, and high-performance application architecture. Develop and review high-quality code following industry best practices. Translate business requirements into technical solutions. Plan sprint activities, estimate development effort, and assign tasks. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers. Collaborate with UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, Project Coordinators, and Business Analysts. Resolve technical issues and ensure timely project delivery. Oversee application deployment, monitoring, and maintenance. Maintain technical documentation and development standards. Drive continuous improvement through new technologies and automation. Required Skills Strong knowledge of full-stack development. Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js). Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, .NET, or PHP Laravel. Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and system integration. Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Proficiency in Git and version control. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is preferred. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5–8 years of software development experience. Minimum 2 years of experience leading a software development team. Experience in ERP, CRM, Healthcare, or SaaS product development is an added advantage.
