We are a growing manufacturing company focused on productivity, quality, and continuous improvement. We are looking for a Store Manager who can efficiently manage shop-floor operations and ensure timely production with optimal resource utilization.
Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management
- Maintain accurate stock records of raw materials, finished goods, oils, chemicals, and engineering spares
- Monitor stock levels and ensure uninterrupted material availability
- Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory systems
Material Inward & Outward
- Verify incoming materials against Purchase Orders and invoices
- Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Note)
- Issue materials to production departments as per requirement
- Track dispatch of finished products
ERP & Documentation
- Update inventory transactions in ERP/SAP/Tally systems
- Maintain bin cards, stock registers, and warehouse documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports
Warehouse Operations
- Ensure proper storage of poultry meal, fish meal, oils, and other products
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and pest control standards
- Supervise loading and unloading operations
Coordination
- Coordinate with:
- Purchase department
- Production team
- Quality Control department
- Logistics & Dispatch team
Audit & Compliance
- Conduct physical stock verification and reconciliation
- Minimize stock losses, damages, and wastage
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
Team Management
- Supervise store assistants and warehouse workers
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor performance
Experience
- 3–8 years experience in:
- Manufacturing plants
- Feed industries
- Poultry industries
- Oil processing plants
- Warehouse/store operations
Pay: ₹12,070.77 - ₹41,677.05 per month
