Blue Monkfish Private Limited is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to drive international sales, acquire new clients, and generate revenue for our IT Services and Digital Marketing business.

- Position: Senior Business Development Manager
- Location: Mohali, Punjab
- Experience: 6+ Years
- Salary: ₹80,000 – ₹90,000 per month
- Work Mode: In-Office
- Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Friday + 2nd & 4th Saturday Off
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Upwork, and other prospecting platforms.
- Identify and acquire new international clients across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and other global markets.
- Execute cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and networking activities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct discovery calls, client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions.
- Create customized proposals, quotations, and pitch decks.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value IT and Digital Marketing projects.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams for project scoping and successful delivery.
- Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and revenue forecasts.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and generate a minimum revenue of USD 30,000 per month.

- Experience working with international clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
