M-TRANS CORPORATION is looking for a smart, energetic, organized, and multitasking Service Coordinator to join our growing service team.

Service Coordinator – Multitasking Role

Key Responsibilities
- Receive customer service calls through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Register service complaints and assign calls to field service engineers.
- Coordinate with engineers and customers for timely call attendance.
- Monitor service calls from registration to successful closure.
- Track engineer attendance, daily schedules, field movements, and productivity.
- Follow up on pending, repeated, and escalated service calls.
- Coordinate installation, preventive maintenance, warranty, and AMC service activities.
- Prepare quotations for spare parts, service charges, AMC, and repairs.
- Follow up with customers for quotation approvals and service payments.
- Maintain service reports, call records, customer details, and machine history.
- Monitor spare-parts requirements and coordinate with the stores and purchase teams.
- Collect and verify Service Call Reports (SCR) and Daily Activity Reports (DAR).
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and service performance reports.
- Monitor KPIs such as response time, turnaround time, First-Time Fix (FTF), call closure, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Sales, Stores, Purchase, and Management departments.
- Handle multiple responsibilities, prioritize urgent tasks, and ensure timely completion.
Required Skills

✔ Excellent customer-handling and follow-up skills
✔ Good communication in English and Malayalam
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, email, and WhatsApp communication
✔ Strong documentation and reporting skills
✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
✔ Positive attitude with good problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple engineers and customer service calls efficiently
Qualification
Graduate/Diploma in any discipline
Candidates with technical knowledge or office automation experience will be preferred.
Experience
1–5 years of experience in service coordination, customer support, office administration, or a similar role.
Freshers with excellent communication, computer knowledge, and multitasking ability may also apply.
