- Material procurement: Assist in sourcing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing materials as per project requirements.
- Vendor coordination: Communicate with suppliers, request quotations, and compare offers.
- Purchase orders: Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Inventory tracking: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with site teams for timely delivery.
- Documentation: Maintain records of purchases, contracts, and supplier agreements.
- Cost control: Support negotiation to achieve competitive pricing and reduce procurement costs.
- Project support: Work closely with engineers and project managers to align purchases with technical specifications.
