We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented HR Executive to join our team and lead all aspects of our recruitment process. You will be responsible for attracting, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth. This role requires a strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a data-driven approach to talent acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Craft compelling job descriptions and advertisements that attract qualified candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing channels to reach a diverse pool of talent, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify strong candidates.
- Conduct initial and advanced interviews, using effective questioning techniques and evaluation methods.
- Negotiate offer packages and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify and address areas for improvement.
- Manage and optimize the recruitment budget.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- 10+2/ Bachelor's degree or related
- Strong understanding of the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technologies.
- Data-driven and analytical mindset, with the ability to identify and leverage recruitment data.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
