Role Purpose
To act as the HR Business Partner for all Centers by driving people practices, employee engagement and performance while supporting HR operations across multiple locations.
Key Areas of Responsibility
1. Business Partnering
- Partner with Center Head to understand manpower and people requirements.
- Support on workforce planning and organization effectiveness.
- Support Center’s team in managing people-related challenges.
2. Employee Relations
- Build strong employee relationships across Centers.
- Resolve employee grievances and disciplinary issues.
- Conduct regular employee connect sessions.
3. Performance Management
- Support goal setting and performance reviews.
- Monitor probation confirmations and performance improvement plans.
- Drive timely completion of performance processes.
4. Employee Engagement
- Execute employee engagement initiatives across Centers.
- Promote employee recognition and wellness initiatives.
- Strengthen organizational culture.
5. Workforce Analytics
- Monitor manpower, vacancies and attrition.
- Conduct exit interviews and identify retention opportunities.
- Recommend corrective actions for high attrition locations.
6. HR Audits & Field Support
- Conduct periodic HR audits across Centers.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and SOPs.
- Support new center openings and business expansion.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
