Job Title: UI/UX Designer (Fresher)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and passionate UX/UI Designer who is eager to kick-start their career in the field. As a Fresher, you will work closely with our experienced design team to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our web and mobile applications. You will contribute to the design process, from concept development to the final product, and have the opportunity to learn and grow in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Your Role and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior designer and product managers to understand project requirements and user needs.

Assist in the creation of wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.

Develop visual design elements, including icons, typography, color schemes, and layout.

Utilize design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD) Figma, to create high-quality designs.

Familiarity with prototyping tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.

Participate in usability testing sessions to gather user feedback and iterate on designs.

Work closely with the development team to ensure design feasibility and implementation.

Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design guidelines and style guides.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Continuously learn and improve design skills through training and self-study.
You Should have:

Bachelor's degree in Design, or a related field.

Strong portfolio showcasing design skills, creativity, and problem solving through design.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD), Figma or similar tools.

Familiarity with prototyping tools like Sketch, Figma, or InVision.

Knowledge of UX principles, UX laws, UI Principals and best practices.

Familiarity with UI design patterns and guidelines for different platforms (web, mobile, etc.).

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive design principles, Material UI and Human interface guidelines.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to receive and provide constructive feedback.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

A passion for user-centered design and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field.

Good to have basic knowledge of motion graphic design & graphic design. (Optional)
