- Outbound & Inbound Calls: Initiate calls to pitch services, or handle incoming inquiries to assist consumers.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales opportunities, following up on potential prospects.
- Database Management: Log all call details, customer feedback, and follow-up schedules accurately into the company's CRM.
- Query Resolution: Answer questions regarding products, troubleshoot issues, and modify sales pitches to fit customer needs.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly call volume and sales quotas
Pay: ₹8,814.61 - ₹29,139.56 per month
