Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of the Trust's programmes and community activities.
- Mobilize beneficiaries and encourage community participation.
- Create awareness about the Trust's initiatives and social campaigns.
- Assist in organizing events, workshops, health camps, and awareness programmes.
- Identify and refer eligible beneficiaries for various projects.
- Promote membership and volunteer registration within the community.
- Help raise donations, sponsorships, and in-kind support through networking.
- Maintain discipline, professionalism, and confidentiality while representing the Trust.
- Submit activity reports and provide regular feedback to the Trust.
- Follow the policies, Code of Conduct, and ethical standards of Siddhas Trust.
Performance Targets
Mobilize 60 beneficiaries in a Month.
Recruit Paid 10 new volunteers
Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per month
