Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Targets: Drive monthly revenue goals, oversee high-value transactions, and close complex client orders.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and motivate floor sales and customer service staff.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing layout of sofas, tables, and home decor.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with vendors, and manage deliveries or restock requests.
- Customer Relations: Handle escalated complaints, build rapport with interior designers or corporate buyers, and ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: 3 to 7 years of retail or showroom management, specifically within furniture or home furnishings.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Core Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, basic financial reporting, and deep product knowledge of furniture materials.
- Communication: Fluency in local languages and English with strong interpersonal abilities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
