Our esteemed Client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Manager to oversee day-to-day administrative operations for entire Uttar Pradesh and shall be based out of their Lucknow office. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of office facilities, vendor management, compliance adherence, and cross-departmental coordination.
- Manage overall office administration, including facility upkeep, housekeeping, and asset management
- Vendor & procurement management — negotiation, contracts, timely renewals, AMC tracking
- Coordinate with internal teams for travel, events, documentation, and operational support
- Maintain statutory & compliance records (licenses, agreements, safety audits)
- Oversee security, IT coordination, and infrastructure requirements
- Budget planning & administrative cost optimisation
- Ensure timely MIS, reports, and documentation for management review
- Lead & supervise admin support staff
