Job Title: Graduate Engineer Trainee (Site Supervisor)

Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Engineer Trainees or Freshers to join our construction project sites. The selected candidates will be trained and developed to handle site supervision activities, coordinate with workers, monitor daily site progress, and ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising day-to-day site activities.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and work progress.
- Ensure work is carried out as per project requirements and safety standards.
- Maintain basic site records and reports.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and workers.
- Support project execution and completion within timelines.
