Service Engineer – Printer Support

Responsibilities:
- Attend customer service calls and provide printer support.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues in laser printers.
- Install, configure, and maintain printers.
- Perform preventive maintenance and replace faulty parts.
- Maintain service reports and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Deliver excellent customer service.Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Electronics, IT, Computer Hardware, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in printer or hardware servicing.
- Basic knowledge of networking and printer troubleshooting.
Languages Required:
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
