Requirements
- Proven experience in closing B2B software and technology sales deals.
- Experience working with national and international clients, particularly in the India, US, UK, NZ and Australian markets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and analytical abilities.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to understand client business models, identify challenges, and propose effective solutions.
- Strong market research and strategic planning capabilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities through various lead generation channels.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and enterprise accounts.
- Research target industries, market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Analyze prospective accounts and identify key decision-makers within organizations.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Nurture and manage relationships with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions that meet client requirements.
- Monitor market developments and recommend strategic initiatives for business expansion.
- Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes to maximize conversion rates and business performance.
