Position Overview
The O&M Manager (Water Treatment) is responsible for supervising and coordinating the operation and maintenance activities across multiple water and wastewater treatment plants. The role involves ensuring smooth plant operations, optimal resource utilization, compliance with performance standards, and timely communication with clients and management.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate and oversee daily operation and maintenance activities across multiple O&M sites (WTP/STP/ETP/RO systems).
· Monitor plant performance data from all sites and ensure treated water quality meets prescribed standards.
· Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for equipment such as pumps, blowers, motors, valves, and instrumentation.
· Manage site operators, technicians, and subcontractors; ensure manpower deployment across all plants.
· Conduct periodic inspections and audits of all sites to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
· Maintain records of chemical consumption, spare parts, and maintenance activities for all sites.
· Ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards at all locations.
· Prepare consolidated daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management and clients.
· Coordinate with vendors and procurement for timely supply of spares and consumables.
· Handle client communication, issue resolution, and performance updates for all sites.
· Support budgeting, cost control, and performance improvement initiatives across operations.
Qualifications & Experience
· Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering.
· Experience: 5–10 years in the operation and maintenance of water or wastewater treatment plants, with at least 5 years handling multiple sites.
· Computer Skills: MS Office, Excel, and reporting tools.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
