Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have (Ideally should not be more than 3-5)
Strong industry experience with Oil and Gas, specialize in Exploration
and Production stream,
Good communication skills, understanding of affiliate process and how
data is maintained, stakeholder management
Good understanding of source data systems and and ingestion
Good-to-Have
Excellent knowledge of surface data - PI , engineering drawings, 3D map, SAP
Have good understanding of Surface Data ecosystem and how data is managed assets
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 owns the site readiness team, works closely with affiliate and data preparation team to
understand the data before ingestion begins. May have to travel to the site affiliate to understand
data, should be excellent communicator to capture available data and nuances.
