Technical Pre-Sales Support
- Work alongside sales reps to explain complex products or solutions
- Translate technical features into business benefits
- Answer customer questions about architecture, integration, and performance
2. Product Demonstrations & Presentations
- Deliver customized demos to clients
- Showcase how the product solves specific customer problems
- Tailor presentations based on industry or use case
3. Solution Design
- Analyze customer requirements
- Design tailored technical solutions or system architectures
- Recommend the best configuration or product mix
4. Customer Engagement
- Build trust with technical stakeholders (IT teams, engineers, decision-makers)
- Participate in meetings, calls, and workshops
- Act as the technical point of contact during the sales cycle
5. Proof of Concept (PoC) / Trials
- Set up and manage product trials or pilot programs
- Validate that the solution works in the customer’s environment
- Troubleshoot issues during testing
6. Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Work with product, engineering, and support teams
- Provide feedback from customers to improve products
- Help sales teams with technical strategy
7. Sales Support & Deal Closure
- Assist in preparing proposals, RFP/RFI responses
- Address technical objections during negotiations
- Help close deals by reinforcing product value
8. Continuous Learning
- Stay updated on product updates and industry trends
- Learn competitor offerings and positioning
