The Guest Relations Executive is responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience by welcoming guests, managing reservations, handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests professionally.
- Manage reservations, calls, WhatsApp messages, and guest inquiries.
- Coordinate with operations and event teams to ensure smooth service.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly.
- Support weddings, corporate events, and special functions.
- Maintain guest records and build relationships with repeat customers.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality background preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, restaurants, banquets, or customer service.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Pleasant personality and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Salary
₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience).
