Job Title: Outlet Manager
Job Summary:
The Outlet Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, sales performance, customer experience, team management, inventory control, food quality, hygiene compliance, and profitability of the outlet. The role ensures smooth day-to-day functioning of the outlet while maintaining Company SOPs, service standards, brand guidelines, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily outlet operations to ensure efficient service delivery and operational excellence.
- Achieve sales targets, maximize revenue, and support local marketing initiatives.
- Lead, train, motivate, and supervise outlet staff to maintain high productivity and service standards.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and timely resolution of customer complaints.
- Monitor cash handling, billing accuracy, POS operations, and daily sales reconciliation.
- Manage inventory, stock control, wastage reduction, and procurement coordination.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, sanitation, and compliance with FSSAI and Company standards.
- Control food costs, labor costs, and operational expenses to improve profitability.
- Maintain outlet cleanliness, brand standards, equipment, and company assets.
- Prepare operational reports, MIS, and ensure compliance with audits and company policies.
- Coordinate with Head Office and support functions for smooth business operations.
- Drive continuous operational improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
