The Faculty Graphic & Animation role is a full-time, on-site position based at the Ghaziabad campus. The faculty member will design and deliver lectures, practical sessions, and workshops in graphic design and animation, following the college’s curriculum and academic standards. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and teaching materials, guiding students on projects and portfolios, mentoring learners on industry practices and tools, and evaluating assignments and examinations. The role also involves staying updated with current design and animation trends, participating in faculty meetings, contributing to curriculum development, and supporting placement and industry-connect activities.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in graphic design fundamentals, layout, typography, and visual communication.
- Candidates should possess skills in animation principles, storyboarding, character design, and motion graphics.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in industry-standard design and animation software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, animation tools, and relevant 2D/3D applications).
- Candidates should possess abilities in classroom instruction, lesson planning, student mentoring, and constructive feedback.
- Candidates should possess skills in project-based teaching, portfolio guidance, and collaborative work with academic and industry partners.
- Relevant Bachelor’s in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior teaching or training experience in design or animation, or significant professional industry experience, is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication skills, an inclusive teaching approach, and the ability to engage and motivate diverse learners are essential.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
