Sales Support Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to assist the sales team by managing order processing, logistics coordination, shipment tracking, customer communication, and sales-related data management. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to coordinate effectively with customers and logistics partners to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics Coordination - Shipment Tracking & Resolution
- Arrange and book logistics services immediately after confirmation of sales orders.
- Maintain daily records of shipment tracking numbers and dispatch details.
- Track all dispatched shipments on a daily basis.
- Follow up with logistics partners regarding shipment status and delivery updates.
- Identify and resolve shipment delays, transit issues, and delivery exceptions by coordinating with the concerned logistics providers and customers.
Sales Data Management
- Maintain accurate daily and monthly sales records.
- Prepare and update sales reports, MIS reports, and other sales-related databases.
- Manage and maintain various sales-related spreadsheets, customer records, and operational data.
Customer Communication & Query Handling
- Respond promptly to customer messages and inquiries received through WhatsApp API.
- Handle customer queries related to orders, deliveries, and product information.
- Ensure timely and professional communication with customers to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Digital Platform Management
- Monitor and respond to customer messages, comments, and inquiries received through:
- Google My Business (GMB)
- YouTube
- Instagram
- Other social media and digital platforms as assigned
- Escalate sales opportunities and important customer concerns to the relevant team members.
Customer Support Backup
- Perform Customer Support Executive (CSE) responsibilities during the absence of the designated CSE.
- Attend customer calls and assist with complaint resolution, warranty-related inquiries, and customer support activities as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Logistics Coordination, or Operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, and basic computer applications.
- Strong organizational and data management skills.
- Ability to coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams effectively.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
