Job Summary
Unitech Packs is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sourcing Executive to join our team. The role involves sourcing raw materials, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely procurement for production requirements. Freshers with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source suppliers for raw materials and packaging materials.
- Request and compare quotations from vendors.
- Negotiate price, delivery, and payment terms with suppliers.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO).
- Track orders and ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor lists, and documentation.
- Coordinate with production and stores teams for material requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and plan purchases accordingly.
- Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of procurement and sourcing processes.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
- Vendor management and quotation comparison skills.
- Ability to maintain purchase records and documentation accurately.
- Basic understanding of industrial packaging or manufacturing materials (preferred).
- Time management and problem-solving ability.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
