About the Role
Rati Ride EV Motors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic, target-driven, and customer-focused Sales Field Executive to expand our market presence and generate business opportunities. The ideal candidate should be passionate about field sales, capable of building strong customer relationships, and committed to achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits and client meetings.
- Identify and approach potential customers, dealers, and distributors.
- Promote and sell the company's electric vehicle products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the management.
- Maintain daily sales reports and visit records.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and operations teams for smooth order execution.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field sales or business development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates having prior experience in the Electric Vehicle (EV), Automobile, E-Rickshaw, or related manufacturing industry will be given preference.
