- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret market data to support business growth strategies.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate client, lead, and inquiry records using Excel and internal databases.
- Coordinate product sample requests between clients and internal teams.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and basic business proposals as required.
- Assist the Business Development team with daily operational and administrative activities.
- Follow up on leads and support the sales pipeline management process.
Pay: ₹280,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
