We are seeking a Senior Architect to lead design development, coordinate project execution, and contribute to high-quality architectural outcomes across residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead concept design, design development, and presentation work.
- Prepare and review drawings, layouts, and working details.
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, vendors, and site teams.
- Ensure design intent is maintained from concept to execution.
- Visit sites regularly and resolve design and technical issues.
- Prepare client presentations, documentation, and project updates.
- Review materials, finishes, and detailing for quality and feasibility.
- Support project planning, timelines, and design compliance.
Required Skills
- Strong architectural design and technical understanding.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and presentation tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, detailing, and site execution.
Qualification & Experience
- B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 6-7 years of relevant experience in architecture.
- Prior experience in residential/commercial projects preferred.
