We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to generate business opportunities through outbound prospecting and convert cold leads into paying customers.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with cold outreach, lead qualification, client meetings, follow-ups, objection handling, and closing deals for digital services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and databases.
- Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline.
- Convert cold leads into sales opportunities and closed business.
- Schedule and conduct discovery meetings with prospects.
- Understand client business challenges and pitch relevant solutions.
- Follow up consistently to improve conversion rates.
- Maintain CRM and update lead status regularly.
- Coordinate with internal delivery/marketing teams for proposal creation.
- Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets.
