Job Title: Real Estate Sales Consultant
Location: South Mumbai (Candidates should be familiar with South Mumbai localities)
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The role involves field sales, client meetings, property site visits, and converting qualified leads into successful sales. Candidates with strong communication skills and knowledge of the South Mumbai real estate market will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads for residential and commercial real estate.
- Meet prospective clients and understand their property requirements.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Follow up with leads and close sales efficiently.
- Coordinate with developers and internal teams throughout the sales process.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in real estate.
- Good knowledge of South Mumbai localities is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and property visits.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
- Own vehicle is preferred (not mandatory).
Preferred Localities
Candidates familiar with areas such as Worli, Lower Parel, Prabhadevi, Mahalaxmi, Byculla, Marine Drive, Churchgate, Colaba, Cuffe Parade, Tardeo, Peddar Road, Malabar Hill, Breach Candy, and nearby South Mumbai locations will be preferred.
