Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead strategic hiring initiatives, workforce planning, employee engagement, and talent management across multiple business units. The role requires strong stakeholder management, recruitment strategy, analytics, and employer branding expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end Talent Acquisition across business units.
- Partner with business leaders for workforce planning and manpower budgeting.
- Build long-term talent pipelines for leadership and niche hiring.
- Manage campus hiring programs for GETs & MTs from Tier 1 & Tier 2 institutes.
- Oversee onboarding, induction, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Track recruitment KPIs, hiring analytics, and MIS reporting.
- Lead employee referral and Internal Job Posting (IJP) programs.
- Conduct market mapping, salary benchmarking, and competitor analysis.
- Manage recruitment vendors, SLAs, and hiring partner performance.
- Prepare leadership presentations on hiring, workforce, and engagement metrics.
