Transline Holidays & Logistics is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Ticketing & Tourism Operations Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and sales skills, be passionate about travel, and be capable of handling ticketing, holiday packages, and customer enquiries professionally.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle domestic and international flight ticket bookings.
- Assist customers with holiday packages, visas, travel insurance, and related travel services.
- Respond to customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings through effective follow-up and sales.
- Coordinate with suppliers, airlines, hotels, and other travel partners.
- Prepare quotations, itineraries, invoices, and travel documents.
- Maintain accurate customer records and CRM updates.
- Deliver exceptional customer service before and after sales.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in ticketing, travel agency, tourism, or customer service is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
- Strong English communication skills (Malayalam and Hindi are an advantage).
- Good sales and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems).
- Experience with airline reservation systems such as Galileo, Amadeus, or Sabre is an added advantage.

Salary: Competitive salary or attractive incentive-based earnings (depending on experience and performance).
